She was predeceased by: her parents, William D. Ryder and Helen Lambertson Ryder; and her husband Francis Wayne Applegate. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Applegate (Heather Drastal), James (Erika) and Amy Applegate; her grandchildren, Luis, Tyler, Sutton, Gabriel and Gracie; her friends, Dorothy Patterson, Sheila Harmyk and Mary Ann Cavallaro; and also Kim Zavetoski.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Thompson Memorial (310 Broad St, Red Bank, NJ 07701). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony's of Padua Church (27 Oratory Wy, Red Bank, NJ 07701).
