He was predeceased by: his parents, Alford Maxwell and Sylvia Maxwell (Rice); and his brothers, Richard and Willis. He is survived by: his wife Luceile A. Maxwell (Lynch); his children, Donald Maxwell Jr. (Kathleen) and Colleen Richter (Sean); his grandchildren, Kayla, Aidan, Maeve, Owen, Maggie, Evan and Gavin; and his sister Verma. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
