She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Briscoe and Margaret Briscoe (Houston); and her husband Thomas F. Welch, III. She is survived by: her children, Thomas IV (Joan), Brian (Danielle) and Jennifer (Tony Fajardo); her grandchildren, Courtney (Raymond Malaspina), Thomas F. Welch, Erin (Brigid Welch) and Lucas (Danica Fajardo); and her sister Eileen Bagley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid- 19, 50 people are allowed to enter the funeral home at a given time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent in Carol's memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, Attn: Memorials Processing, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
