He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Homulak and Anna Homulak (Homa); and his siblings, Mike Homulak and Connie Rasmussen. He is survived by: his brother Joe (Sue) of Eloy, AZ; and his sister-in-law Louise Homulak. He is also survived by his eight nieces and nephews, eight great nieces and nephews, and 4 great great nieces and nephews and many long-time friends.
