He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Guminak, Sr. and Francis Guminak (Kuczynsky). He is survived by: his wife Janice Guminak (Kuhlman); his daughter Elizabeth Roenning (Guminak); his son-in-law Jeff Roenning; his son John Guminak; his daughter-in-law Dianne Guminak (Fellows); his grandchildren, Owen, Isabelle and Cameron; his sisters, Joanie Russo (Guminak) and Francis Stein (Guminak); and his brother-in-law Hal Stein. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in John's name may be made to either the Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey (bianj.org) or to Hunterdon Hospice.
