With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harriet K. Emann in Raritan, New Jersey, born in Princeton, New Jersey, who passed away on January 8, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Powner and Mamie Pierson Applegate Powner; her husband John R. Emann; and her siblings, Mary Raudso, Jean Buck, John Powner and Thomas Applegate Powner.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Jo Opdyke (Skip), Donna Lee Hatcher (Michael), Clark Emann (Linda) and Kipp Emann (Sherry). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Harriet K. Emann will be remembered for her warmth, her unwavering support for her family, and her contributions to her community.
