He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Di Niro (Ciardiello); his siblings, Lorenzo Di Niro and Angelina Monteleone; and his son-in-law William Makarski. He is survived by: his daughters, Carmela Makarski of Staten Island and Andrea Castaneda (Mike) of Monmouth Junction; his sisters, Dorotea Pistilli of Ontario and Colomba Forlenza of Morganville; and his grandsons, Michael and Nicholas.
