He was predeceased by: his pet Max; his grandparents, Bartolomeo V., Lucille DePiano Papavero, Frances and Anthony C. Bongiovi Sr.; his father Anthony J. Papavero Sr.; his uncles, Joseph Papavero Sr., Joseph Lasandro and Tony Imperato; and his aunt Autilia Lasandro (DeDe).

He is survived by: his mother Anna Louise Bongiovi (Anthony J. Papavero Sr.) of Raritan; his pets, Duke and Jackson; his children, Alexis, Serena and Nicholas Papavero of Branchburg; his brother Jason C. Papavero of Somerville; his stepmother Carmen Alvarez Scovino (Tita); his nieces and nephews, Karli, Sydney, Ellie and Luke Papavero; his uncle Anthony C. Bongiovi Jr.; his aunts, Minna Imperato and Maryann Papavero; the mother of his children Wendy Wilton of Branchburg; and his sister-in-law Sandy Papavero of Somerville. He is also survived by many loving cousins, extended family and friends.
