He was predeceased by: his mother Mary L. Goodson; and his brother Antoine "Spiggy" Waal. He is survived by: his wife Milena "Patricia" Waal; his children, Tyara Waal, Keandra Zachary (Akia), Manuel Figueroa, Andrea Waal, Alexa Waal, Jalen Waal and Tyrone Waal Jr.; his grandchildren, Nylan Waal, Noah Waal and Yohannes Zachery; and his brothers, Michael Simmons (Jennifer), David Waal and Christopher Waal.
