He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Yotka and Frances Yotka. He is survived by: his wife Tina Marie; his sons, Matthew and Michael; his brothers, Walter and Peter; his uncle Edward "Sonny" Yotka; his nieces, Stefanie and Alexis; and his nephew Joshua North.
