He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Laurell Steiner and Ruth (Korte); and his former wife Blanche (Morris). He is survived by: his wife Frances (Loggia); his children, Thomas Jr. (Josefina), Jeffrey L. (Lisa), David Cotignola Jr. (Mae) and Karen Lessack (Ryan); his grandchildren, Isaac, Daniel Cotignola, Jeffrey Steiner, Vincent Lessack and Vivian Lessack; his sister Barbara Thomas (Paul); his nieces, Kimberly Crossan (Byran) and April Boyle (Michael); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nathan Crossan, Tyler Abrego, Sophia and Avery Crossan.
