He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Kamage and Sophie Kamage; and his wife Theresa. He is survived by: his children, Alison Kamage, Jared Kamage, Blair Kamage and Leigh Rasmussen (John); and his sister Lorraine Findlay (Randy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
