She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosalia Matviy and Nikolas Kozak; and her husband Michael Shot. She is survived by: her children, Ruslan, Angela, Arthur and Vita; and her grandchildren, Inna, Lesya, Valeria, Leonid, Renata, Jasmine and Amber. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, relatives and friends.
