He is survived by: his wife Margaret Maguire (Peggy); his siblings, Robert Maguire, Hugh Maguire and Rosemary Maguire; his brother-in-law James Desmond; his children, Kathleen Maguire (Rosalie), Kenneth Maguire of Dover, Christine Maguire of Wharton and Patricia Maguire (Catherine Holder) of Kenvil; and his siblings-in-law, Frank Desmond (Carol) of Rockaway and Joyce Desmond of Plainsboro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
