She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Rotondo and Merl Rotondo (Chudley); and her brother Lawrence Rotondo. She is survived by: her husband James Burd; her children, Christine Yapaola (Joseph) of Hackettstown, NJ and Danene Burd of Rehoboth, DE; her grandchildren, Kimberly Trucksess (Patrick), Matthew Yapaola (Nicole), Melissa Baull (Trevor) and Jennifer Cain (Lance); her great grandchildren, Maxine, Levi and Violet; and her sister Marie Brikowski.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made in memory of Nancy Burd to the Coolspring Presbyterian Church, 28843 Log Cabin Hill Rd, Lewes DE 19958.
