He is survived by: his children, Diane Friedmann (Michael), Claudia Farah (David), Paul Messina, Seana Messina and Chris Messina; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Matthew, Melissa, Gianna and Mark; his siblings, Pietro, Ninetta and Pino; and also, Angelina Messina and Karen Messina.
