It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois H. Cope in Randolph, New Jersey, born in Calais, Maine, who passed away on February 2, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Julius Cope; her brothers, Robert and Norman Hearns; her nephews, Richard Regan and Warren Windt; and her granddaughter Amanda Osterby.
She is survived by: her sister Catherine Waer of Cookeville, Tenn.; her sons, Glenn (Linda) of Bigfork Montana, Andrew of Morristown, NJ, Sean (Kim) and Dom of Washington, NJ; her granddaughter Katherine (Shaun Higgins) of Byron, NJ.; her children, Donna Polacek of Randolph, NJ and Joseph (Rosalyn); her great grandchildren, Aaron, Michael, Addison and Callie; her daughters, Judith and Emily Osterby; her nieces and nephews, Laura Rayford, Elizabeth Forward (Betty), Jane Windt, Debbie Windt, Lynn Regan, Kathy Windt, Susan Windt, Linda Windt, Edward Rayford, Daniel, David, Jeff, Mark Windt, Allen and Benjamin Waer; and also Linda Beers (Robbie) of Hackettstown, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, she has asked that donations be made in her memory to Randolph Engine Co. No. 3 or the Randolph Rescue Squad.
