He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Hoffman and Alda Hoffman (Rapp). He is survived by: his wife Jody; his daughters, Robin Bacaloglu (Dan) and Leigh Hoffman; his grandson Robert Grey; and his great grandchildren, Savannah and Spencer.
