He is survived by: his wife Kristine; his daughter Susan Volkov (Pavel) of Leiden; his brother Garry (Pam) of Leura; his nephews, Nicholas (Rae-Lin) and Richard (Sharnie Wu); his niece Cathy Bloomfield (Paul); and also Mara of Boonton Township.
