It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith May VanderPloeg of Randolph, New Jersey, born in Hoboken, New Jersey, who passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Johnston and Ruth Johnston (McAllen); her husband Donald J. (VanderPloeg); and her sister Margaret Morton. She is survived by: her children, Donald G. (Christine Brembs) of Randolph, NJ, Jennifer Gruber (Michael) of Fair Lawn, NJ and Kristen Vander Ploeg Gogerty (Terence) of Mendham, NJ; and her granddaughters, Rachel O'Hara-Gruber (Anna), Sarah Gruber and Shea Gogerty. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
