He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanislaw Goscinski and Anna Goscinski; his wife Dorothy Hofnagel; his siblings, Thaddeus, Jean and Irene; and his sons, Chester and Thaddeus.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve (Susan), David (Julie) and Michael (Gail). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great children.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
