He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Anne Wolwowicz (Kopecky). He is survived by: his close friend Ruby Molina (Cas); his daughters, Kimberly Van Horn of Randolph, Kristen Lockett of Bethlehem, PA and Karyn Martin of Tewksbury; and his sister Donna Gasior. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
