He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Thomas and Angela M. Donadio; his brothers, Charles Peter and Salvatore Louis Donadio; and his sister-in-law Deanna.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Antonia Donadio; his children, Anthony Thomas Donadio III of Randolph, NJ, Lisa M. (Douglas G. Tappan) of Baldwinsville, NY and Gina A. (Ronald J. Pellegrino) of Wharton, NJ.; his grandchildren, Emily A. Pellegrino, Anne Marie Pellegrino, Elissa R. Tappan and Geoffrey D. Tappan (Bridget L. Tappan); and his sister-in-law Maryann Donadio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
