It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alma Cristauro-Carchietta (Randolph, New Jersey), born in Staten Island, New York, who passed away on July 18, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Thomas Cristauro; her sister Inez Carnicelli; and her niece Elizabeth Volsario. She is survived by: her husband Alfred R. Carchietta; her brother-in-law Leslie Gertner; her nephew Lawrence Gertner (Ingrid); her children, Christina Rome (Steve), Anthony Carchietta (Elizabeth) and Vincent Carchietta (Danielle); her grandchildren, Regina, Lia, Elizabeth, Steven, Anna Maria, Gabrielle and Thomas; and also Matthew Gertner.
