He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charles and Ethel Rowe. He is survived by: his siblings, Donald and Jean Stimpson; and his nieces and nephews, Elaine Matteo of Mount Olive, NJ, Charles Rowe of Mount Olive, NJ, JoAnne Nickerson and Warren Stimpson.
