She was predeceased by: her father John G. Sam Sr. (Edgar Silva); her brothers, John G. Sam Jr. and Quincy O. Sam Sr.; and her nephew Quincy O. Sam II. She is survived by: her mother Regina Osborne; her son Hector N. Sam-Roman of Jersey City, NJ.; and her nieces and nephews, Ashley, Kaitelyne, Amber, John Sam III and Kyle. She is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
