She was predeceased by: her parents, Pierce and Mary; her sister Nancy Brown; and her niece Geraldine Brown Buffington. She is survived by: her daughters, NJ, Meghan Kenny (Ryan) and Amy Kenny-Whritenour (Dave); and her grandchildren, Allie, Emily Kenny, Luke, Mark and Sarah Whritenour.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
