It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Ethelia Portillo (Ramsey, New Jersey), who passed away on December 25, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Maricela O Duran (Patricio Duran), Jennifer, Ingrid, Ivonne, Stephanie, Patrick Duran, Ana Garcia, Vanessa, Enrique Orellana, Ethelia Garcia, Pablo Hernandez (Kathy Hernandez), Andrew and Jessica Hernandez; and her great grandchildren, Jason, Joey, Luke, James, Savanna, Jose, Isabel, Cassiel, Amara, Ezeriel and Diana.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A Mass was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Calendar St. Paul Roman Catholic Church (200 Wyckoff Ave, Ramsey, NJ 07446). A committal service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
