She was predeceased by: her father John Kucharek (William Carey). She is survived by: her mother Lois Kucharek (Hunter); her sisters, Cindy Phillips (Jerry Nudi) and Beth Rodland (Glenn); and her pet Rebel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
