It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Gilligan (Ramsey, New Jersey), born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on October 13, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Latz, Kevin Gilligan and Brian Gilligan; her children-in-law, Scott Latz, Donna Gilligan and Laura Gilligan; her grandchildren, Austin, Kevin, Erin, Mackenzie, Jack and Catherine; and her siblings, George McCabe, Marge Elliott and Jean Eberle.
