She was predeceased by: her husband Harold C. Hartwick D. D. S of Teaneck, NJ.; and her siblings, Harry A. Carman M. D. and Marie Louise McCook. She is survived by: her children, Nancy L. Hartwick-Cooke RN (Kevin Cooke Esq), Wyckoff and Maribeth C. Hartwick D. V. M of Franklin Lakes, NJ.. She is also survived by her family, friends.
