She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Herbst and Kenneth Wiley; her husband Mark J Kotlarich Sr.; her brothers, Kenneth Wiley and Jerry Herbst; and her niece Linda Wiley.
She is survived by: her son Mark J Kotlarich Jr.; her daughter-in-law Lynn Kotlarich; her grandsons, Matthew Kotlarich (Roberta) and Michael Kotlarich; her great grandchildren, Ayden Kotlarich and Hannah Pakatar; and her nieces and nephews, Caroline Hoyne, Maryann Kotlarich, Pamela Kendrick, Jerry, Scott Herbst, Kenneth, Steven and Ricky Wiley. She is also survived by extended family included several cousins and many grand nieces who loved her like a grandma.
