Frances Stugart Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2021, at the age of 94, Frances Stugart of Ramsey, New Jersey, born in Paterson, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Stugart; her son Mark Stugart; her parents, Elijah Neal and Catherine Neal (Berger); and her sister Kay Ringer (Ross Tashjian).
She is survived by: her son Craig; her daughter-in-law Karen Stugart; and her grandchildren, Catherine Roseberry (Daniel), Eric, Craig and Andrew Stugart.
