He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Malestein and Margaret Malestein; and his wife Barbara Malestein. He is survived by: his children, Richard (Eileen) of Ramsey, NJ, Robert (Susan) of Bridgeton, NJ and Debbie Malestein of Westwood, NJ; his sister Carolynn Malestein of Ontario, CA; his grandchildren, Brittany Malestein of Nashville, TN, Joshua, Jamie Malestein of Ramsey, NJ, Samantha, Carly Malestein of Bridgeton, NJ, Caitlyn and Joseph Martinez of Westwood, NJ.; and his nieces and nephews, Stacey, Kimberly, Heather and Matthew.
