She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Blow and Martha Blow; her husband Clark Foster; and her brother Douglas Blow. She is survived by: her sister Martha Hellar of Texas; her children, Beverly Stevens (Philip) of Blairsville, Dodd Foster (Karen) of Hiawassee and Joanne Curran (Mark) of Harper's Ferry, WV.; and her grandchildren, Christopher Stevens, Matthew Stevens, Carolyn Stevens, Clark Foster, Andrew Payne, Emily Desantolo, Alex Curran, Kelly Preston and Joshua Curran. She is also survived by her 13 great-grandchildren.
