She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeannette Cooper and Albert Cooper; her husband Skip; her grandson Mark Gottmann Kulik; her nephew Dominic C. Kulik; and her sister Janice Shaw.

She is survived by: her children, Todd Kulik (Caroline), Mark Kulik (Ellen) and Karin Murphy (T. J.); and her grandchildren, Tricia, Sheila, Katharina, Shawn, Jimmy, Lauren and Kate.
