He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Confer and Jean Confer. He is survived by: his wife Debra Confer; his children, Brendon Confer (Kayla) and Caelainn Confer; his granddaughter Maeve Confer; and his siblings, Patrick Confer, Janice Szymanski (Don), Marcia Peters (Bob) and Moira Confer. He is also survived by his three nieces and four nephews.
