He is survived by: his wife Helen Sue Carter; his daughter Tiffany Nicole Carter (John); his grandson Naquon Tyrese Carter; his sisters, Jean Potter Thompson and Sheila Hobson-Johnson; his niece Cheryl Thomson; and his nephew Marlon Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
