She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Sr. Harris and Julia Harris; her husband Robert L. Dupree; her sisters, Lucille Morse and Fannie Dixon; and her daughters, Patricia Grey and JoAnn Wilkins.
She is survived by: her brother Percy Harris; and her son-in-law Robert Wilkins. She is also survived by six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
