It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olive Loper (Quinton, New Jersey), born in Salem, New Jersey, who passed away on April 5, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Woodruff and Margaret Donelson Woodruff; and her husband William Lewis Loper. She is survived by: her daughter Margaret Loper (Peggy) of Salem; and her brothers, Frank Woodruff (Valerie) of Bear, DE and Bob Woodruff (Ada) of Pennsville.
