He was predeceased by: his son Kevin Booth, Jr.; and his siblings, Dathan, Brian Booth and Nedra Booth. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Booth (Howell); his granddaughters, Ava Fritz and Hadley Booth; and his brothers, Tommy and Noel Booth.
