He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ceaser and Sarah Elizabeth Ceaser; his wife Mary Anna; and his siblings, William, Russell, Edward, George, Joseph Jr., Martin, Elmer Ceaser, Priscilla Jane Pierce, Hanna Carney and Juanita Johnson.
He is survived by: his son Harlan S. Ceaser Jr. of Florida; his granddaughter Karen Ceaser; and his great grandchild Zaria Brice. He is also survived by several in laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
