He is survived by: his wife Anne Glynn Mackoul; his daughters, Candice Marie Mackoul (Ryan Flanagan) and Stephanie Anne Mackoul; and his siblings, Kathleen Mackoul Haselmann (Ralph Haselmann) and Theodore Ramsey Mackoul. He is also survived by many sisters and brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
