Ruth Steward Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2025, at the age of 80, Ruth Steward (Princeton, New Jersey) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Steward to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Silberschmidt-Veraguth and Elizabeth Emma Silberschmidt-Veraguth; her brother Martin; her friend Christina Lüscher-Ballard; her siblings, Richard and Sabine (Veraguth); her friend Claude; her nephew Tom; and also David Dillard.

Ruth's contributions to molecular biology were significant, helping to demonstrate genetic conservation between species and uncovering key developmental pathways.
