With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Hoy Hoover of Princeton, New Jersey, who passed away on October 22, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Hoy and Anna M. Hoy (Gebhart); her siblings, Elizabeth Gerhard, William F. Hoy, Jr. and Anne Finkbiner; and her brother-in-law John L. Hoover Jr. Jean.
She is survived by: her children, Curry Simmel (Scott), Stuart Hoover (Carey), John L. Hoover III, Eric D. Hoover and Christian Hoover (Marianne); her grandchildren, Sarah A. Reynolds (Whitney), Alexandra J. Stabert (Samuel), Eric W. Hoover (Mary), Anne Cardew (Griffin), John R. Hoover (Sara) and Grace Hoover; and her great grandchildren, Callan, Eloise, Theodore, Eleanor, Wesley and Sloane. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
