He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Lloyd, Jr. (Class) and Catherine Fanget Lloyd; and his brother Robert G. Lloyd of Baltimore. He is survived by: his cousin Barbara Price Krumland (Class); his wife Janine G. Bauer; his sister Pamela Lloyd Coulter (Princeton University Class); and his siblings-in-law, Sherry Ziegenbalg, Bruce Bauer (Frances) and Jamie D. Bauer.
