He was predeceased by: his parents, Patsy and Jenny; his sister Patricia Cardinale; and his brother-in-law George Klosek. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cardinale (Klosek); his children, Carlise (Mark Radice) and Jason Cardinale (Jay); his sister Mary Cardinale; and his sister-in-law Nancy Klosek.
