He was predeceased by: his parents, Renato Giudice and Antonette Giudice; his former wife Gilda Giudice; and his brothers, John Giudice and Frank Giudice.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Giudice; his sons, Chris Giudice, Julianna Giudice and Randolph Giudice; his grandchildren, Ella Otter, Caralina Giudice and Elijah Baker; his great grandchild Isaac Otter; his sister Annette Kanka; and his brother-in-law Dan Kanka. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. David the King, 1 New Village Rd., Princeton Junction, NJ 08550 c/o the Food Pantry.
