He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Morgan Maxim and Lillian Maxim (Lester). He is survived by: his wife Karen Maxim (Dunne); his daughters, Lauren Maxim Van Wazer (Thomas Van Wazer) and Lysandra Danielle Maxim; and his grandchildren, William Maxim Van Wazer (Elizabeth Van Wazer) and Thomas Maxim Van Wazer.
