He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Chadwick (Cwalinski); and his parents, John J. Chadwick and Anne Chadwick. He is survived by: his children, John F. Chadwick of Hamilton and Kathy Chadwick of Mechanicsburg, PA; his siblings, Marilyn Chadwick of Spring Hill, FL and Alan; his sister-in-law Bethann Chadwick; and his nieces, Danielle, Ashley and Alyssa Chadwick.
